Bonding In Business

Like so many business owners Donna Bond had found herself at a real crossroads, unclear as to the right direction to growth and success.

In September 2009, along with over 120 other business owners she attended the Eureka “Thrive not Just Survive” seminar in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and that was to be a pivotal moment for her Sawbridgeworth based business - Bond Executive Support.

“Attending the seminar gave me inspiration and direction, already the results have been quite astonishing.” explained Donna.

“During his presentation, amongst many things, Steve Clarke Of Eureka Sales Solutions talked about the potential to form Joint Ventures with other businesses and I had one of those tremendous “light bulb moments”. I was not just an expert in my chosen field, i.e. a Virtual Business Assistant, I was (as all business owners should be) a sales and marketing person too”.

Within a matter of days and with new found clarity Donna had figured out her plans for expansion and set about targeting potential companies to work with and to whom she could sell her services.

“As a direct result,I have now joined forces with a great Events Management Company in the UK. This new string to my bow could easily see me increasing the income to my core business by around £30,000 in the first year, but this isn’t capped, it could easily be far more!”

In addition to owning and running Bond Executive Support, Donna is also Group Director for the Essex Business Network (Stansted) Group and runs networking events once a month at the Radisson Hotel.

“I realise now that I can implement Steve’s strategies into the way in which I run and promote my network meetings too – the information given at the seminar and in Steve’s book has left me feeling energized and feeling confident that my business will move forward, it has to!”
